We added a 14x16 living room addition to our home. Marie and Dennis were so helpful all the way through. Very transparent and accessible for even the smallest needs throughout our project. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of building. One of the only contractors I would trust in the area. Will definitely use again!

White Birch is an exceptional builder with a truly talented team of craftsman. They not only met but exceeded our expectations in building our custom home. Throughout the process, they were responsive to all our questions, communicated clearly whenever changes arose, stayed on top of the budget and delivered on schedule. I can’t recommend this builder enough! I worked with Marie and Dennis for my first custom build, and they were wonderful to work with. They are super responsive and were beyond helpful throughout the entire process. I feel really lucky to have had Marie to lean on for support, guidance, suggestions and just about anything at nearly every hour of the day. I could text her any day or time of the week, and she would respond. Even now! All the contractors were great, and I still keep in touch with them now too, 4 years later! I use my carpenter, tile installer, and painter regularly for ongoing projects. I fully trust White Birch and would recommend them to anyone. This is a family business, so they actually care and you build a relationship with them. They take the time to help me understand all my options and ensure I’m happy with everything. If I were to do any build or project again, I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

We added a breezeway, two car garage with a room over it and a workshop behind. Communication, schedule, budget, quality were all top notch.I was happy with all the subcontractors that came through. There were the inevitable problems, but they were all resolved to my satisfaction. They treated our addition like it was their own house. I trust these guys, and would bring them back for another project, no question about it.
