“Aside from pools and spas, WhitePine builds outdoor kitchens, installs louvered pergolas and screen systems, and offers specialty shade products like marine-grade Shadow Spec umbrellas.”
We used White Pines to install a pool, create an outdoor living area, and landscape the backyard. This included moving our septic system, installing umbrellas, lights, and an outdoor shower. They did a fantastic job on the project overall, providing us with a great place for both relaxing and entertaining. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors about how wonderful the pool and yard looks. We later added to the project by landscaping the front yard as well as enhancing our front entrance, sitting area and driveway. These also came out great and we are very happy with the result. Quinn and team are knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and are all very nice people. They have creative solutions to get complicated work done. Sometimes it can be a challenge managing the schedule because of how busy they are, but they are responsive when you call to get the work done. Additionally, they have been back to replace a plant if needed or finish up on a minor item. I highly recommend White Pines Outdoor Living and Landscaping.
Honestly can’t say enough great things about Quinn and his team. I visited the showroom and fell in love with the process. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to making our outdoor space look incredible. We hired them for a complete backyard renovation and the results exceeded our expectations. Quinn took the time to listen to our ideas, offered expert recommendations, and ensured every detail was executed perfectly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the entire process was seamless. Quinn and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our property spotless after each workday. The final result was stunning, and we’ve received compliments from our neighbors.
We were informed we had a hanger over a neighbors yard. They informed us and we were respondent. They were using white pines landscaping. I thought being that white pines was already there doing the work they could take the hanger down. we got a bill three months later for 189O.OO. If I had known how much that would cost I would have looked into the cost to take the tree down. It is not a dead tree, it was a broken large limb resting in the large tree. Potentially a problem if it fell into the neighbors yard. We were more than willing to remove it. I should have called the tree service I’ve used in the past but it seemed urgent given my neighbor was putting a new pool in and as good neighbors, we didn’t want put it off. I hope this review is informative to help others that may be in the same situation.
Does not stand by their projects. They installed a plunge pool two years ago and I have had nothing but issues. We are on the third leak in two years.
