This gentleman started the job and left to go get another piece of equipment but did not return. My opinion is that if you start something you want to finish it if you want to stay in business especially after you have been paid in full. Our driveway is a bear and I can understand he was overwhelmed but he didn't approach us to rework out a payment schedule that would be more suitable to the driveway conditions. He quoted on what he saw and he under quoted I'm guessing but regardless I would not use them again.
