Our experience here as first time home buyer wasn’t that great. The agent Michael Cartier we worked with lacked communication skills and never discussed rate lock with us even after we reached out multiple times during the process. We were basically forced into a higher rate as they rose right before our closing. So would not recommend this company for any new home buyers
