I hired Windle Construction to replace and repair a drainage pipe running across my property, but the job was not completed as agreed. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all details clearly documented in writing and double-checking that expectations are fully understood before work begins.

Less than an hour later, I received follow-up call questioning why I hadn’t confirmed or canceled, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, the interaction came across as unprofessional.
