Window replacement, siding and door installation are the work customers describe at Window World of New Hampshire. The Manchester business says it was founded in 2010 and is a locally owned franchise of the national Window World brand. Its website describes installing windows, siding, entry and patio doors, garage doors and shutters for homeowners across southern and central New Hampshire. A June 5, 2026 customer said Marco Ruiz and Eddie Berry took time to answer questions and concerns during window purchasing and sizing. A separate July 26 customer said Keith answered all their questions. In August, a homeowner said Mike Roy explained replacement-window features and operation and did not require a decision during his visit. A June reviewer described Eddie Berry installing a front door in January, then coming out for a service need related to it and fixing a small door-lock problem. In May, another customer said Eddie and Wes used a tarp to keep the window frames dry while replacing windows in pouring rain. The same customer described new sliding glass doors and help rehanging curtains and a stained-glass decoration. An April reviewer praised separate door and window installations, efficient work and cleanup. In August 2025, a customer described replacing 32 windows, siding and four entry doors. The Cheneys in Bow wrote in June 2024 about their insulated vinyl siding installation and said the owner stopped by to check how the job was going. Google lists 4.6 stars from 167 ratings; Houzz lists 3.3 from three. BBB lists an A+ grade and one complaint. An April 2026 customer said a representative sat outside for half an hour, drove away and did not return a call. A December 2021 customer said an emailed quote never arrived after a visit. In August 2022, a reviewer objected to the company's refusal to sell windows without installation. A June 2025 r/newhampshire commenter warned against Window World.
