Worst drivers on the road!!
Horrific communication, outrageous pricing, overall terrible experience using winterberry landscaping. Paid 2k for 3 arborvitaes in the spring, anticipating an install date in the spring. They attempted to install arborvitaes during a heatwave in July (showing up at the house with 0 notice), the 5 hottest days of the summer. I refused and they came back in October. I had to chase them around for everything. Attaching photos of their trees they installed. Disappointing experience.
I want to say we highly recommend Winterberry for any of your landscaping needs. We spoke with their Account Manager Anthony just 2 weeks ago. He was very informative and professional. The crew came out on the scheduled date and made our yard look amazing! They were all very polite and hardworking. Our house now is by far the best looking on the street because of Winterberry Gardens!
Never again! I hired this company to clean up my property by removing overgrown weeds and debris, then apply weed killer and mulch within a reasonable timeframe to prevent the weeds from returning. Instead, they waited nearly a month before mulching, and when they finally did, they simply spread mulch over existing weeds. In many areas, mulch was even scattered over the curb. Communication throughout the process was poor. They never sent an email, text message, or any notification about "when" they would return to complete the mulching. Because I hadn't heard from them and the work remained unfinished, I had to hire another landscaping company. When the new company inspected the property, they immediately noticed the poor-quality mulching job. Despite the delays, lack of communication, and substandard work, they still charged me full price. I would not recommend this company.
Would really appreciate it if your landscapers had respect for people's property. I was parked at Aldi in Canton on 5/18 and whoever was using the leaf blower barely 4 feet away decided to aim it straight at my white brand new car and blasted it with grass, pollen, and whatever debris I heard hitting my car. He could have very easily blown it into the parking lot or left it as is. I really do not appreciate it and was actually surprised at the nerve of this person.
