Woodbridge Estate Care is now part of Davey Tree: a landscape-industry blog has reported that the Davey Tree Expert Company added the company, described as based in Bethany, Connecticut, to its family of brands. A recent Google customer described the original Woodbridge Estate Care team as now part of Davey, and said Dave Salerno leads the teams and is attentive. On its website, the company describes itself as a full-service tree and landscape company that specializes in the care of ornamental and shade trees, shrubs, complete lawn maintenance and tree pruning. In a 2025 review, a customer said they had worked with the company for years after it took over spraying hemlocks on their property, and later treating and preventing problems with their pachysandra. That 2025 customer said that a couple of years earlier they hired the company to prune several bushes and trees and to take down a large tree over some power lines, and came home to find the work done exactly as they had wanted, with the site cleaned up. In that 2025 review, the customer said that after many large and small branches came down in windstorms, they asked the company to do the spring cleanup and some tree work. A 2022 customer said they had used Woodbridge Estate Care for over 25 years, that it had removed many trees from their property, some in tight spots, without damaging the surrounding areas, and that it trimmed their evergreens every year. That 2022 customer described Rich as an arborist who shared knowledge on tree care, including ways to manage plant disease, and ideas on landscape design.
“I've had a few clients with the most amazing landscaping/yards that all used Woodbridge Estate Care.”

Always a fantastic experience with the OG Woodbridge Estate Care team that is now part of Davey. Dave Salerno leads the teams and is a champ; always attentive, goes above and beyond understanding what we need with the level of service offered. He’s a star!
Woodbridge estate care left my yard looking great. We've worked with the company for years after they took over spraying hemlocks on our property , and later treating and preventing problems with our pachysandra. Their service has been utterly reliable and not intrusive. A couple of years ago, I hired the company to prune several bushes and trees, and to take down a large tree over some power lines. I came home to find all the work beautifully done, exactly as I'd wanted. It looked like they'd used a magic wand - they had cleaned up so well, and left the bushes looking so natural, that it seemed things just happened to grow beautifully. This year, when very many large and small branches came down in windstorms, I asked them to do the spring cleanup and some tree work. Again, the crew was professional and did a great job
We’ve used Woodbridge Estate Care for over 25 years, and they’ve always done a quality job. They’ve removed many trees from our property, some in tight spots, and never caused damage to the surrounding areas. In addition, every year, they’ve expertly trimmed our evergreens and helped us in countless ways that have added value to our property. As an arborist, Rich has provided incredible knowledge on tree care, including ways to manage plant disease. And he’s always had an abundance of creative ideas, including on landscape design. Woodbridge Estate Care is much more than a tree removal company. We highly recommend Rich Lewis and his team if you’re looking for quality care for all your outdoor plants.
They have taken care of our trees for years.
