An estimate that fell through is the most recent customer account of Yerardi Landscaping and Design: a July 2026 Google reviewer seeking a large landscaping project in Newton said the appointment was cancelled by email 15 minutes beforehand, then a promised follow-up never came. The Medfield company describes itself as a second-generation family business, with Ron Yerardi leading the crew and roots in Newton more than 40 years ago. It offers landscape design and construction, masonry, drainage and property management across nearby metro-west Boston towns, including Weston, Brookline, Dover, Wellesley, Needham and Lexington. The written customer history stretches from 2012 to 2026. In a June 2012 Angi review, a customer praised attention to flower beds and reliability after trying a cheaper service for a year. That customer said the alternative saved $50 a month but delivered poorer work. Angi's 5.0-star average comes from one rating; Google averages 2 stars from four ratings. A separate August 2023 Google reviewer alleged that the company dumped trash, leaves and rocks around the neighborhood. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired. BBB gives the company an A+ grade and lists it as unaccredited. The company describes more than 40 years of history, while BBB lists 28 years in business.
