Zammito Landscape Construction is a Dorchester landscaping and hardscape company. A 2026 Angi customer said Zammito and his crew came to take a tree down, talked briefly about a retaining wall in need of serious repair, and started working on it that week, after other masons had dragged that customer along. That customer said they worked quickly and did not leave a mess. A reviewer for Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy wrote on Angi in 2026 that John installed two retaining walls and built two play areas, and also did landscaping cleanup and maintenance for its buildings. A 2026 Google customer said a storm pulled their fence down and Zammito sent someone out within a few hours of contact to assess the job. A 2026 Google reviewer with weed-overgrown areas said the company gave a quote and finished the work only days apart; that customer described a couple of initial misunderstandings, which the company took ownership of and made right. A 2026 Angi customer said the company installed cobblestone edging around a front garden. The company's website lists patios, walkways, retaining walls, fencing, tree removal, snow removal, and driveway design and build, for residential and commercial clients. In a 2024 Google review, a customer said John installed a patio and enclosed the yard with a fence for privacy. A 2024 Google reviewer said John had been doing snow removal for their condo association for four years.
True to his word. Happy with his work and price. Will look to them for future needs
John is very professional and easy to work with. The work quality is top notch. I would highly recommend getting in touch with him if you are looking to do some landscaping work.
Zammito landscape did excellent work for us in a bind. A recent storm pulled my fence right down. The crew over at Zammito landscape were immediately ready for the job, sending someone out within a few hours of contact to assess the job. They were professional and prompt getting the job done quickly and making sure it looked good in the process. Would recommend reaching out for any upcoming jobs
We had a great experience and would recommend! They completely transformed our property in such a short amount of time. They gave a quote and finished the work only days apart. Areas that were totally overgrown with weeds are now clean, tidy, and look better than they have in a long time! The team was fast, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We had a couple of initial misunderstandings, but what impressed us most was how quickly they took ownership, communicated with us, and made everything right. That level of professionalism goes a long way. If you're looking for a hardworking, reliable landscaping company that stands behind their work, they're a great choice.
I can't say enough good things about John and his employees at Zammito Landscape Construction. From the initial estimate to the finished product, everything was as smooth as possible. Communication, transparency and exceptional professionalism from all involved. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and could not recommend them more! If you are in need of any hardscape/landscape needs, they are the first call to make!
