The most useful thing said about Zampiere Painting was said by people who compete for the same jobs. In December 2025 a general contractor wrote that Anderson Zampiere is who they bring in across multiple projects — "the prep work is always spotless, the finish quality is top-tier, and he consistently shows up on time and delivers exactly what he promises" — and a second builder, ESHI Builders, described him as a standing subcontractor for painting, patch work and epoxy. Trade references are a different kind of endorsement from a homeowner's: contractors carry the risk of a bad finish themselves. The company works out of 27 Hamden Cir in Hyannis, covers Cape Cod, and names past projects in Hyannis, Hyannis Port, Barnstable, Bourne, Mashpee and Brookline. Painting is the core, but its own site sells more than that: hardwood floor installation and sanding, power washing, deck restoration, light carpentry, and replacing rotted trims, shingles and clapboards. BBB grades it A without accreditation. Be clear-eyed about how thin the public record is. All seven written accounts are Google reviews, and all seven were posted between 6 November and 16 December 2025 — four of them on a single day. Two are from contractors rather than homeowners, and there is nothing at all since. BBB's file was opened in February 2024 and lists one employee, no start date and no licence number, and the website gives no founding year either. A good candidate if you want a painter who also handles the rot repair and the deck, and an easy one to check: ask for two Cape Cod homeowner references from the past six months, and ask directly about home improvement contractor registration before any work beyond painting starts.
