A 2025 Reddit commenter in r/connecticut said they used Zero Hazard for asbestos removal and that it gave them the best estimate out of several services. The company describes its work as asbestos abatement and says it has been in business for 15 years. A 2022 customer rehabbing a home in central Connecticut said Carlos Rosales walked them through the demolition permit process, went to work establishing the state notification and abatement work, and prepared them for the upcoming building inspections. A 2025 customer said that after the asbestos remediation and gut, their own contractor said he had never seen such a clean gut job, with no nails or debris left behind. A 2025 reviewer said their basement tile was mitigated very quickly on a quote they called very reasonable. A 2022 customer wrote that the workers showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would and cleaned up completely. A 2022 customer said they had used the company twice, at two different houses.

I highly recommend zero hazard! Sebastian and his team were fantastic. They were very flexible with scheduling and Sebastian was always available to answer any questions I had. My contractor came in after the asbestos remediation/gut was complete and said he’s never seen such a clean gut job. No nails, no debris left behind. Made it very easy to move on with my reno project. I will definitely give zero hazard a call if I ever need any more asbestos help in the future. Thank you!!!
