Zilinski Electric

They installed our electric panel 3 years ago, so when a tree came down and pulled the wire off of the service pole on the house and bent the pole. I called for an emergency appointment and left a message. No reply, so I texted the cell # on the website and sent pictures. Never got a call back. This was a dangerous situation with live wires and we were without power. Radio silence. Even if they couldn't do the work, a courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. Palmiere Electric came and helped us out and did a phenomenal job, the right way. Come to find out, much of the work that was done was not up to par and questionable on the code. Had it been done properly, the wire might have snapped free and the pole probably wouldn't have bent the way it did. We now have a heavier duty pole that is attached properly. All I wanted was a call back from Zilinski, even if they couldn't do the work.
