DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE IN DOVER! I have used 1-800-Door-Men for a few different garage doors. The service guys in Barrington and Durham were great and I would recommend them. I remember thinking the cost was not that bad. The young man who came out to me in Dover was awful. He installed a garage door opener on one of my doors with an old broken unit. He didn't give me options like the other two guys. He installed the cheapest garage door opener Chamberlain makes. Model D1000 - Home Depot sells this for $199 and it comes with door sensors, key pad, and the wall button. It is the 1/2 HP unit on a chain. He didn't even take the trash from the job! The installer charged me $2,875 to install the unit. He did NOT install the sensors. Keep in mind that the track and mounting block were already there. He wasn't going to give me the keypad, but I insisted - and charged me $200 extra for the keypad! I asked for the sensors to be installed too and he told me that would be extra. I thought they were required by code. This service call cleaned out my savings account, so I couldn't afford the sensors at the time. He worked for a total of 25 minutes (probably 20 minutes of that was haggling with me). That is quite a rate!!! $7,000/hr not counting the bits of the garage door package he managed to install!!! I should quit my job and install garage door openers!!! Please, do yourself a favor and buy your own unit from the hardware store and watch a YouTube video. If I knew how quick and easy it would be to install a garage door opener, I would have done it myself! Now I have to hunt down the safety sensors. I bet I can find them for less than the $200 he wanted to charge me. I also bet it will take a total of 15 minutes to install (5 minutes to watch a YouTube Video and turn off the circuit breaker, and 10 minutes to screw in the sensor brackets and plug the wires into the very obviously labeled connectors). So my advice to anyone in Dover thinking of calling 1800DoorMen: just don't.

Exceptional customer service! Scheduling was extremely easy, very prompt (~15 mins early) and the level of customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. It is hard to find businesses in this day and age that actually care about their customers. I can't recommended Matt enough.
