A complete home cleared out while the customer coordinated from several states away, on a limited timeline: a recent Google customer said Pat was responsive with all questions while his team was professional, organized and quickly cleared out the house. The company says it has been in business 19 years and lists a service area that includes Derby, Ansonia, Naugatuck, Waterbury, New Haven, Bridgeport and Hartford. A local news site, ctpost.com, has described the junk removal and hauling service as selling 80 percent of hauled away items at its outlet store in Derby. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2025 customer said that after a call, they came out the next day and were on time. In a 2023 review, a customer who had a lot to discard after a long move from Florida said the prices were fair and that they would use the company again.
