A recent customer hired Clean Suites to clean out their late mother's house. They wrote that Erich took two full van loads of things he would sell and cleared out all or most of the junk, but drawers, closets and cupboards were still full of junk after the visit and a pile of junk was left in the yard. That customer said the credit given for the items taken was around 10% or less of what they could have gotten selling them, and that Erich ignored their request to explain it. A 2019 customer said Erich and the ladies did a full house clean out. A 2019 customer said the company made their condo look spotless for the showings that weekend while it was being sold. A 2017 customer said their white kitchen floor, with white grout and multiple dogs, looked brand new. A 2017 customer said Clean Suites pointed out issues discovered during the cleaning and recommended how to fix them. A 2019 customer wrote that multiple pieces of furniture were not dusted or half dusted and the laundry room was not touched, and that the owner texted back sorry when told. A 2017 customer called the cleaning mediocre and the owner difficult to deal with. The Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade.
This is a 2-in-1 review, because hiring Erich is great for some things, but not others. We had them clean out our late mother's house. We were told that there wasn't much of value, but if he took some things we would get a credit that would offset the cost of the clean out. The day of the clean out, Erich took 2 full van loads of things he would sell. He also cleared out all (or most of) the junk. He did a good but not great job on the junk side because we found multiple drawers, closets and cupboards still full of junk after they left as well as a pile of junk in the yard that they missed. For the junk side, I give him 4 stars. On the valuables/credit side, because he gave us a ridiculously low amount for a credit considering how much he took, I give him a single star. We also asked him to help us understand the low credit, but he ignored us. I recommend hiring them if you ONLY have garbage to be removed. But if there are any valuables/things you can sell, do not expect to get a reasonable credit from Erich. While I understand he has to make a profit, the amount/credit we got from him was around 10% or less of what we could have gotten selling the stuff ourselves on FB marketplace.
