Massive commercial gun safes, the kind a customer and their father thought were impossible to move. In an August 2025 Google review, the customer wrote that Dylan and his crew at First Choice Moving & Hauling made it look effortless, relocating the safes safely to their new home. The business holds 4 stars from 8 Google ratings. In a June 2023 review, a customer wrote that they moved a 26-foot trailer and a 16-foot trailer filled to the brim in what seemed like no time, handling the belongings as if they were their own. In October 2024, after another mover cancelled, a customer wrote that Dylan and his team squeezed them in the very next day, and the people who helped were kind and gentle with their belongings. In April 2026 a customer wrote that he drove over an hour to meet them on short notice, and when the scheduling mix-up turned out to be the customer's own, Dylan would not accept payment for his time. In February 2026 a one-star reviewer wrote that the moving job was cancelled on the spot over a lack of organization, with no help referring out, and that another company took over the job. I reached out over the weekend, and he responded immediately and went out of his way to try to help me on short notice—even driving over an hour to meet me. When we connected, it turned out I had mixed up my scheduling and made an error on my end. Dylan was incredibly gracious about it, completely understanding, and—impressively—wouldn’t even accept payment for his time. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare. He’s responsive, reliable, and clearly someone who takes real pride in doing right by his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire him again, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

No stars at all. Unprofessional texts that looked like someone was drunk texting back. Showed up already looking like they didn't want to be there. Didn't ask questions just walked through and left. Maybe look at your jobs before you confirm and don't show up with your teenage sons all looking like you hate life. You were going to be paid regardless if it all got on the truck or unloaded. But now, you have just shown how terrible you are. You don't want to run a business you just want easy quick cash regardless of how you screw others over. Hands down worst attitude. Are your good reviews just families and friends? Rhetorical question it is obvious they were.
I've never had a moving job rejected due to a lack of organization. Everything is packed. We even offered to clear the way, then organize better when there was more space. Its cramped, I've had movers do worse spaces with no problem. To cancel on the spot with no help referring out is insane. And for a 3 person job. Moving Forward LLC had no issues taking over the job. So its all good.
