Mike is so great! He's such a great communicator, and he's fast on phone or texting. When we worked with him, it was the coldest day of the year, and Mike was willing to do whatever he needed to do to get our heat back on. He's also just a pleasant, kind human being, so he turned a stressful situation into a happy one. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again when we need electrical help.
