The company describes itself as a family-owned cleaning business doing standard and deep cleanings for houses, offices and Airbnbs, and it holds 4.7 stars from 166 ratings on Thumbtack. A Google customer with an infant and two older dogs had an initial deep cleaning and then set up ongoing cleaning services. That customer says a container of milk was dropped while the refrigerator was being cleaned, that they offered to pay for it, and that they checked in afterward and offered to come back if anything was not right. A Thumbtack customer says 360 House Cleaning responded within minutes to an urgent request for a vacation rental turnover after a previous cleaner backed out. A Google customer spending a week in Maine on vacation says the team came every day to clean. A Thumbtack customer says their bathroom was left spotless and they were fit right into the schedule. A Thumbtack customer who had never had their house cleaned before had a deep clean and is starting maintenance cleaning every two weeks.
