Mint Maintenance

They went back out and corrected the issue! I feel much better about the money spent! I hired this company to do a cleaning for my nephew on the purchase of their new home. I explained everything that needed to be done and was quoted a price for a deep clean $395 and then was told that there may be an additional charge for wiping some walls down. When they arrive to the property. They explain that it'll be an additional $110 I agreed and the charge was taken out of my account. The next day my nephew called and told me that they did not do the work that was promised and proceeded to send me videos of all the dust and debris left behind. In addition, they left screens out! I contacted the company right away and asked for them please to rectify the situation and contact me. It's been 5 days with no contact! I am so upset. I was doing this as a gift and one would think for almost $500 that a small 1200 square foot home would be immaculate! It barely had any furniture in it so there wasn't any hidden areas. Just an awful awful job. I believe I was taking advantage of because I was not there to supervise.

Very competent and professional

Mint Maintenance was able to accommodate our time frame for a short-notice move out clean. A team of three arrived on time, were pleasant to meet and work with, and I found nothing amiss. I have already scheduled with Mint for another job.
