407 Haul Away LLC

Send Kevin photos of the pile and a price comes back. An October 2025 customer did exactly that — texted pictures of the junk stacked in the house and had an estimate before long — and a July 2026 customer had the quote updated as more pictures arrived, then watched everything requested go onto the truck. 407 Haul Away is a family-owned hauling business at 407 Forest St in Dunstable, taking furniture, appliances, mattresses, construction debris and whole-property cleanouts out of houses, rentals and businesses across the Merrimack Valley and into southern New Hampshire, from Lowell and Chelmsford to Andover, Tewksbury and across the line to Nashua and Hudson. Thumbtack lists it as a two-employee outfit with a background check on the owner, Kevin Whelan, and tags it a Top Pro; customers writing since 2025 name Kevin and Jessica. The jobs are the heavy, awkward ones. A March 2026 customer had a complete clean-out across three floors after a tenant left most of their belongings behind. In June 2026 another had a whole house emptied before it went on the market, and an August 2026 customer's basement was cleared and, they said, left clean and organized. A May 2026 pair had a garage and basement dug out after a renovation; further back, a November 2025 customer had a pile of construction debris taken away and a June 2025 customer just needed a grill gone. Speed is the other thing customers keep describing. One in May 2026 got same-day removal; an October 2025 customer had the crew arrive the next day at the time promised; a June 2025 customer was given a two-hour window for the following day and Kevin kept it. One April 2026 job did not run to plan: a truck issue forced a reschedule, and the reviewer said the make-good was hauling away more than had been negotiated. Google carries 5 stars from 36 ratings, Thumbtack 5.0 from 38 with a 100% five-star distribution, and a Nextdoor neighbour in Tyngsboro in July 2026 called the pricing reasonable and pointed out the owner is local. For a basement, a garage, a pre-sale cleanout or one bulky item nobody else will take, this is the kind of outfit you text a photo to. Pin down the date and confirm what the quote covers if the pile grows between the estimate and the truck.
