Its Connecticut HIC license is active, and its site offers free estimates and lists 24/7 emergency service. The jobs run from repairs to full installs. An October 2026 reviewer wrote that Cheryl handled communications, ordering and coordination, Raul handled the framing, sanding and caulking, and Luigi installed the track, doors and openers. A March 2026 reviewer said Luigi found a snapped cable that had taken the door off track, then changed the snapped bottom brackets with the rollers on both doors. A May 2026 Angi reviewer wrote that Luigi repaired the pulleys within 30 mins, even after the tech got a flat tire on the way, and another May 2026 reviewer described a new motor installation and regular maintenance in an hour and a half. Other technicians show up too. In April 2026, one reviewer wrote that Steven fixed a broken extension spring at a cost a little more than expected but still cheaper than another company that had done their other door springs, and another said John fixed a spring at a fair price.
