I paid for and scheduled garage door opener installation with East Coast Millwork. Over several months, they were a no-show x3, then they claimed they completed the job. Not responding to my emails or phone calls. $$$ down the toilet. If I could leave a more negative review about this fraudulent company, I would, but I'm afraid my adjectives would violate Google's policy about "respectful" terms, thus would not get publicly posted.
Do Not use Lowe’s or East Coast Millwork. They never showed up to take the first measurements they said they went to House 25 and yours is the house next door so why did they not call us the text had our address also. Then cancelled twice after that. When it was time for the door to be installed they cancelled then schedule out for a month later never showed up never called. I asked Lowe’s to make this a priority because 2 females live there with a broken unsecured door. Ok East Coast millwork will come within 5 days . Never showed up or called again. Such a Horrible company. The worst service I have ever experienced. Why would Lowe’s continue to use them and not even have a second company to pull from?
This company is a total joke. Never get a door installed with Lowe’s until they fire this company. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. First off they scheduled my door two months after purchase who’s is ridiculous. Got a call the day before install and now postponed it 40 more days due to a ‘sickness’. I’m not exaggerating. I had to hold back somewhat when I let loose on this guy over the phone. Should be out of business
Between this Company and Lowes, I will never do business for anything for my home ever again. It was a year long process poor communication on both parts. In addition, anytime you call them you’re on hold for a solid 30 minutes with the most annoying old music and you can never speak to somebody on the phone They also failed to close out a permit, and then when trying to have them reopen it and get it fixed, it was beyond a hassle and took way too long Just overall bad communication
East coast millwork stretched a installion of an garage door opener to six weeks Finally they told Lowes it was unable to be installed due to clearance I called another installer and they came over in less than one hour and did the job with no issues Top it off there was already an opener it was a replacement Don’t go with low Iinstallers
