5 Tides Home Inspection was amazing to work with! Dave from 5 Tides was very quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns I had. Most importantly Dave had me present for the home inspection so I could see potential problems for myself that he identified. I strongly recommend 5 Tides if you need a home inspection!

5 Tides responded to my request for a home inspection quickly and got us an appointment within a few days which is crucial in the home buying process. The inspection itself was thorough and we were made aware of what checks were being performed and why. The instantaneous feedback around findings and repair suggestions was very clear and the final report was well detailed.
Hired for our home inspection before purchasing, quick response with our quote, very quick and easy to schedule. Our inspector was super professional and very thorough. Really walked me through everything and explained it all. I would highly recommend.
We had 5 Tides do a home inspection for us before purchasing it. He was quick to schedule one for us and very responsive along the way. We felt he did a professional job going over the house and wrote a very clear report with photos for us. We were very happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company.
