A 2022 customer described a complete furnace and hot water system replacement, a 5-zone system replaced in a day at a fair price. In a 2023 review, a homeowner whose house was struck by lightning said Mike and the team helped install a new water heater, then sent documents to the insurance company for the appraisal. A 2023 customer whose water heater blew said Mike and the guys had the tank replaced within a few days, and that they were given multiple options. Smaller plumbing jobs fill out the rest. A 2023 customer with multiple kitchen plumbing leaks said Mike scheduled them for the afternoon and that the charges on the emailed invoice were spot on. A 2024 customer said that when a big box store failed to deliver and install a toilet, Mike had one of his guys pick it up and they installed it the same day. A 2025 customer said Mike and Mason installed the rough plumbing for a bathroom remodel and cleaned up afterward. A 2025 customer complained that Mike overcharged when a plumber was really needed, sent 2-3 guys for the smallest jobs and would not warranty work after a couple of weeks.
Mike was at our house with Mason to install the rough plumbing for a bathroom remodel. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They cleaned up after the work was done and charge a fair price. I would definitely call them again.

Contacted Mike for my Daughter's salon in Franklin. The hot water tank was operational, but needed part (s) replaced to run normal. Both repair visits were on time as promised and he guaranteed his work by following up on the services. I am very pleased to ask of his services as I know he will honor his work and is a very friendly local businessman who wants to serve his community with quality service. On behalf of the local business owner of Paytin James Salon, Thanks again Mike!
