Called a couple of times, left messages with no response. Then made a request via their website. They responded via email saying they can’t help while not really explaining why . I can’t believe they are a preferred Rinnai service provider!

Was very rude and refused to do an estimate on a big job because he didn't like the previous owner of the building

We are thrilled with every aspect of our new (propane) heaters, but we are particularly grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of the DeFosses at every stage. The initial site visit was extremely thorough and informative, yet every time I had a follow-up question (or 10!), Ray responded right away and spent as long as necessary walking me through the workings of the mechanism or the logic of the venting or the rationale for the placement to make sure every concern was addressed. The installation itself was performed expertly, with professionalism, and without delay. Afterward, having taken note of when the propane company was coming to install the tanks and activate the heaters, Ray called the next day to make sure all was in order. Moreover, he had been absolutely right about everything. We are delighted with our new heating system and amazed and grateful for the wonderful customer service.

They came the next day and repaired my propane monitor. Grear job and price was reasonable. Will recommend them. Also been in bussiness for 40 years. Very experienced. Merry Christmas🎅
