The written customer accounts date from 2022 through 2024. A September 2023 reviewer appreciated the extra time a worker spent on a stubborn roof. In December 2022, another customer described cleaning of the roof, house, driveways and walks, praised the results and punctual arrival, and said the company was not the cheapest. Google displayed a 5-star average from seven ratings in August 2026. Pricing drew different reactions in those older reviews. A December 2022 customer initially found the quote expensive but said a detailed breakdown of each service made sense of it; they then praised the exterior cleaning and the workers' professionalism. A June 2023 customer described the price as competitive and praised Steve's work, the estimation process, pre-inspection and wash. A separate June 2023 reviewer said the website made pressure-washing quotes and scheduling simple, praised communication and was pleased with how the home looked after the work.
