In a January 2025 review, a customer said Brendan responded within hours, estimated the job from photos and completed the pickup within 48 hours of the initial contact. They praised his punctual arrival and text confirmations and reminders. A March 2025 reviewer described an immediate response with a quote and same-day removal of an old trampoline and basketball hoop. A July 2024 customer praised the price for removing three sofas, a table and a long wooden TV stand from a storage unit, and said Brendan texted his arrival time to coordinate with the reviewer's sister. Moving and small repairs also feature in customer accounts. In February 2025, a reviewer said Brendan and his brother moved two locations in one day, carrying everything safely and as requested. A December 2024 customer described a small move to Worcester, Massachusetts, that included furniture assembly and hanging pictures and curtain rods. After three weeks of back-and-forth, the reviewer was told the company did not have availability during the scheduled week.
