86 Heating & Cooling is a Randolph HVAC shop built for the everyday calls — duct work, heating repairs, central air, and thermostats — with 18 projects shown on Thumbtack. In a 2024 review, a customer said the technician, Jordan, showed up on time, took the time to explain what was wrong with the heating system, and laid out the repair steps before doing the work; Thumbtack shows a perfect 5.0-star rating from that review. The company's Thumbtack profile also lists a background-check certification. Given how new the review history is, it's worth asking for recent references before booking a bigger job.
I was impressed by their responsiveness. The technician, Jordan, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took his time to explain the issue with my heating system and outline the steps he would take to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently, and my system was back up and running in no time. Overall, my experience with 86 Heating & Cooling was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.
