What homeowners actually say is much thinner than what the permits suggest: only one customer review sits on file across five sources. Two further homeowner accounts turn up elsewhere. In a 2024 account, one described choosing A&A for a roof replacement and being walked through the whole process from the first estimate — no pressure, notified at every step, no surprises. A more recent account this spring described replacing an old storm door on friends' recommendation and finding the quality of the work and the products installed evident. BuildZoom shows a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration #101609 as active but prints an issue date of June 2026 that is really its own check date, and Houzz lists a different number, CS-057733. Neither was confirmed against the state registry here, so verify both with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation before signing.
