Skyline Gutters

Skyline Gutters is a Malden gutter outfit where the owner usually shows up himself. A homeowner in February 2026 said Dan stopped by the next day after the call, had a quote before he left the driveway, and had the work scheduled for the day after that. Gutters are the whole business: seamless installs, repairs, guards, cleaning, and the fascia and soffit that go with them, for single-family houses, triple-deckers and HOAs across Malden, Medford, Melrose and the towns around them. The company says it runs as part of Urban Builders LLC, launched in 2021, with a small crew of named technicians. What customers describe is the diagnosis as much as the install. One homeowner had water getting in behind the siding; the crew traced it to a hole in the upper gutter, patched it, and rerouted the gutter properly. In a 2025 review, another had a downspout repaired in a tight spot under a deck and a second rerouted around a sloped backyard on a hinge. A customer writing in February 2026 had a downspout replaced with a frozen rain barrel and ice in the way. The other thing people keep bringing up is what the property looks like afterward. One customer's crew hosed down the wall of the house when gunk from the old gutter splattered the paint. Another wrote that plenty of gutter companies skip the cleanup and this one didn't. In a 2025 job the crew arrived half an hour early and worked through a heat wave topping 100 degrees until it was finished; a February 2026 install came in on schedule despite snow. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and the BBB grade is A. On Google the company sits at 5 stars across 111 ratings, and a Malden resident recommended it on r/malden in 2025 after having gutters installed. One thing to sort out before signing: the gutter work runs under Urban Builders LLC, and a Reddit commenter's 2025 edit says the company now goes by Gutter IQ — so check which name lands on the quote and the invoice. Past that, this is a straightforward call for seamless gutters, guards, or a drainage problem nobody else has solved.
