A&B Carting, LLC

So I Got Recommended by a longtime friend, As a business owner my experience with this company was extremely disappointing I felt misled by the promises made during the sales process, and what was delivered did not match what I was told to expect Communication became inconsistent once the agreement was in place, and my concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory way the sales representative made claims that, were inaccurate or misleading, and I lost confidence in both the representative and the company. I highly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them get every promise in writing, read all contracts carefully, and compare other providers before making a decision I would not do business with this company again and cannot recommend their services.

This morning on my way to work, I was hit by this truck driver and they caused massive damage to my car, and drove away without stopping before police could even arrive to the scene. I called my insurance and the company, A&B Carting LLC, themselves to let them know what happened with this driver. I was hoping we could figure everything out quickly and smoothly and ensure both parties were okay. They ended up proving quite difficult to work with. The owner disregarded everything i said when we spoke and tried to shift blame on an ambulance that passed us before they hit me. They also tried to blame the damage on me directly. They are unprofessional and very hard to work with in situations like this.

This company drove off from a hit and run today! The driver was reckless and when called about the incident, the owner tried to blame others and take any responsibility off of his driver. If you are driving a truck that big, you need to be a responsible driver and driving off from an incident is anything but responsible! If they were not at fault, why would they leave the scene before the police arrived? I cannot speak on the companies work but I can speak on their morals and will not be considering them for any services after the unprofessionalism I witnessed from this company today.

I advise not to use them whatsoever. At my house they came, and they brought the dumpster and the driver hit the side of my house and cost so much damage. They never called me. I called them as soon as I was notified by people they then proceeded to saying that they will only pay for 50% of the damage they immediately started blaming other people we went back-and-forth with letters and they wanted to pay after only 25% the damage. A few months later, they came up with a story off another machine hitting my house and not the driver they still to this day they haven’t taken responsibility for what they did. They sent me back in circles over and over for so long. They are just horrible. Don’t take them because you will regret it.

Prices and services are unbeatable. Very responsive. Highly recommended.
