Repaired my fridge and also changed my filter with no additional cost. 5 months in, still working great!

Watch out for this guy. He took me for $400.00. My washing machines pump would not shut off when the machine was drained and the washer would not switch to the spin cycle. It sounds like a level sensor or pressure switch to me but Will came out and said it needed a complete new wiring harness and ordered one and came back to install it a few days later. When Will was done he said it was all fixed and collected his money. I did a load of laundry and the machine still does not work properly and is still doing the exact same thing. I called Will who said he would call me back in thirty minutes. It has been three days and no call back. When I try calling him, his phone goes to voice mail.

The repairman demonstrated exceptional professionalism, thoroughly explaining the issue with the machine and the repair cost. He provided a detailed breakdown, ensuring clarity. Additionally, he arrived ahead of schedule, which I appreciated. His transparent and clear communication made the process seamless, and I valued the time he took to keep me informed.

Very polite and upfront on what needed to be fixed on my washer and dryer, Willy was done in about a hour!
