The repair took about an hour, which seemed appropriate for the issue with my washer not draining. The technician explained the problem clearly and completed the fix, so my washer is now working properly.

Oven is working perfectly again.

By far the worst customer service. Technician came out and told us first we were inconveniencing his fishing time and then second fixed part of the problem and said we had time to think about doing the other repair but that we could fix that or just keep running the dishwasher until it’s done. Called back the next day because the repair we thought he fixed did not work and was told our conversation was recorded and that we declined the repair where we were not under that impression at all. We would have fixed the issue that day but he made it sound like we had time to keep using it and eventually fix it. Highly do not recommend this company.
