Terence did a great job for our move in. Smells clean and looks fantastic!
Terrible upfront customer service. Don’t need this company in a rush. They changed the price after the booking.
The team was very friendly and professional. Good communication. I was a little disappointed because I asked for a deep clean which I thought included the walls, but the team didn’t have the necessary equipment to wash/clean the walls and there are still spiders/comb webs on the ceiling after I paid for a “deep clean”. Also it was a small condo but took 5 hrs. Wasn’t expecting it to take that long. They did however point out areas or concerns to me which I thought was helpful.
I ordered a four hour deep clean for a small house (two people for four hours) and two bathrooms were sort of done (which I can do both in about an hour and more clean) and the stove and refrigerator cleaned. Kitchen area mopped but that’s it. I suggest do it yourself - you can do it fastest and better! Would not suggest this service personally.-not worth the money. The people were nice though.
Very hardworking, devoted the time necessary to do the job right, cleaning was thorough and very well-done, and we enjoyed chatting with the two workers. We are going to hire this company again to do biweekly cleaning.
