Karol's Cleaning Service

A recent customer has had Karol's Cleaning Service in twice a month for a little over a year and said Miguel, one of the owners, sends a text the day he is arriving. The company says it has worked for homeowners and business owners in Meriden, CT, and surrounding areas since 2006. A recent customer called them a go-to for everything from apartment turnovers to getting hoarding situations tamed for a showing. A 2026 customer, 82, wrote that the company came weekly for the heavy cleaning tasks the customer could no longer do, brought its own equipment, and finished in one hour what would take the customer two days. A 2026 customer of two years said the company also helped with shoveling, painting and minor maintenance around the home. In a 2024 review, a customer said Sonia and her crew paid attention to details right down to making the stainless tea kettle shine. A 2023 customer said Miguel took a last-minute request and came out on a Sunday for a serious cleaning after hardwood floor refinishing. A 2025 customer agreed to a $340 quote for a "Move In Special" deep clean after Sonia, an owner, inspected the house, and said 2 of the 3 bathrooms were not cleaned at all. That 2025 customer also said every window was still dirty after a request to redo them, and that spiderwebs on the basement ceiling, noted during the walk-through, were not touched. A 2024 customer said kitchen cabinets, wall plates, the fan above the stove and drip pans were left dirty on a first session, and later stopped payment on a check over the quality of a cleaning.
