A+ Movers and Removers

Very disappointing experience. The mover arrived on moving day with a very cocky, “I know everything” attitude from the moment he walked in. Rather than approaching the job professionally and respectfully, he acted as though he already knew everything about the situation and did not want to listen to us. Then, despite the fact that this was a scheduled move, he walked out because he apparently did not want to move our belongings. He told us that he “makes $100K a year” and “doesn’t have to deal with this crap.” We were left scrambling on moving day after expecting the company to honor the service we had arranged. His attitude and behavior were extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This was absolutely not the A+ level of service we expected. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend a moving company that treats customers this way.

The owner and the crew helped my family and i move this past fall. Unlike come companies that will help you move, they actually were concerned trying not to scratch my stuff..and they did a good job, nothing was scratched!! They moved all of my heavy furniture and never once did i hear anybody complain! Then, unfortunately my box spring wouldnt fit up the stairs properly and they tried every single possible way to get it upstairs! I highly recommend having A+ movers and removers help you with all your needs!

Had them move multiple truck loads of books from a rental property. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I was impressed with how much they got done in the amount of time and the price that was charged. I would absolutely use them again. Great work and a great price.

I tried to call, there was no answer. I filled out the form on the website with every detail about my simple move. I got a text message saying that they could work out our over text. I wasn't about to write everything I filled out on text so I asked them to look at the email or call me. A whole week later they finally texted back again asking me for information on my move. I said that ignoring a customer for a week then not even looking at everything I already wrote was very unprofessional and I wasn't interested. That was met with "lol" and I said that absolutely confirms how unprofessional the company is and suggested some customer service training. The guy then got mad and responded that I should "move my shit myself." That further confirms for me the level of service this company would provide.

John is just the best. I have used his business several times. This last time, he was accommodating of a late time and several locations involved. He is careful and caring. I wouldn't use anyone else.
