A-Preferred Roofing & Contracting

A++! They were very professional and responsive. We're very pleased with the result of our new windows.

The A-Preferred Contracting team was fantastic to work with! The crew was on time each day of the project and was very courteous and professional while working in our home. They finished the project half a day ahead of schedule, and did a solid job cleaning up the space and returning everything to how it was before.

I met stephon on the marketing of A preferred. Extremely professional and ethical conduct. Really appreciate it!

We met Stephon word of mouth and had selected him based on fairness of price and honest communication on schedule for project. Our project was a stair rehabilitation project. His craftsmen Julio and company were professional, detail orientated with good communication on questions and desires for specific details for the project. Schedule was adhered to and we were very pleased with their work and final product. Attached is photo.

We hired Stephon to replace the rotted staircase leading to our deck, and also to install an exhaust fan in our powder room. He’s very easy going, and all communication with him was prompt and comfortable. After I accepted the quote for my projects, Stephon’s crew started within a week. The stairs, which included pouring a new concrete landing, were done in two days. The bathroom project required dropping the ceiling by 3” and installing the fan, exhaust vent through an outside wall, new sheetrock, crown molding, caulk, and paint. They finished in a day and it came out beautifully. We’re very happy with the quality of work performed. The crew are detail oriented and take pride in their work. Excellent results. Thank you, Stephon!
