Recent customers describe white carpets cleaned after a dog's urinary illness, bedroom and lower-level pet stains removed, and a Sunbrella couch cleaned of two years of stains. An August 2026 customer dealing with an elderly cat's accidents said Mark scheduled them as soon as possible and explained the cleaning process for that issue. Based in Derry, the company says it was established in 1999, is locally and veteran owned, and serves Greater Derry. It advertises residential and commercial cleaning of carpets, hardwood floors, upholstery, tile and other surfaces, and lists an IICRC affiliation. Google shows 4.9 stars from 225 ratings. Several recent accounts describe work beyond carpet cleaning. A May 2026 customer said Mark and Tammy cleaned years of dirt from hardwood and linoleum, with Tammy scrubbing under counters, and also cleaned their couch at the last minute. Another May customer said the furniture-cleaning process and aftercare were explained. A June customer described four rugs cleaned at a price they considered reasonable. In April, a homeowner said dog odor seemed completely gone two days after cleaning and that Mark and his wife offered to return free if it came back; that was an offer described by one customer. A recent fragrance complaint deserves attention. In an April 2026 Google review, a customer with allergies said Mark repeatedly assured them the cleaning solution contained no fragrances or perfumes. They reported a heavy fragrance afterward that made their home difficult to tolerate, a $350 charge, and no replies to texts, email or voicemail over two weeks. Older complaints concern results and cleanup. An October 2025 reviewer reported an attempted second cancellation, rugs that took three days to dry, and an area rug they thought looked worse and cleaned themselves afterward. Another October 2025 customer praised the cleaning but suggested using a drop cloth to protect the floor from cleaning solution.
