A customer who hired Victor to grind a large tree stump says the area was not leveled after the job and that the customer removed 15 barrels of soil with wood chips. That customer offered $500 more for Victor to come back, remove more debris and grind more roots down; he agreed and never showed up.
Victor seems like a great person, seems like he cares about his customers. I never got a bad vibe from him. Hired him to grind my large tree stump that was mostly inground. I wanted all the wood removed and area leveled. Charged me an X amount to do the job with no landscaping. I agreed, but after job was done, it was not leveled and I removed 15 barrels of soil with wood chips that I wanted removed in the first place. I offered him $500 more to come back and remove more debris and grind more roots down. He agreed and never showed up. I’ve been trying to get this project done for over a year and he never showed up. I’m highly disappointed with this outcome only because I trusted him fully and felt like he was the man for the job. Being a reasonable and understanding customer doesn’t get you far it seems.
Victor and his team did a remarkable job trimming one of our maple trees and bringing down another that extended over a neighbor's yard. All of the limbs landed in our yard, where they were cut up and hauled away or ground up. They were fast and efficient and did great work cleaning up before they left. I appreciated Victor's advice about how best to care for the trees, not to mention the affordable price. Would highly recommend!
These guys did a fantastic job removing the huge tree from my backyard. The entire crew was friendly courteous and professional. Victor, the owner came out himself not only did he supervise he really got his hands dirty too. I Highly recommend them for any tree job on your property big or small. They do great work at a great price!
A Victor Tree and Landscape Service did an amazing job on my property. The crew was professional, experienced, and worked very safely while trimming and removing large trees around my home. They also cleaned up the landscaping beautifully and left everything looking neat and refreshed. I was impressed by how organized and efficient the entire team was from start to finish. Their prices were fair, communication was excellent, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any tree or landscaping service.
