One recent customer said Sean went to the basement to check whether the chimney served the furnace, photographed the chimney with a drone and delivered a detailed report, and said the other companies missed that a new liner was needed. A recent reviewer wrote that a small section of shingles had fallen off the roof; after other companies said the job was too small, Ben came the next day and had the shingles back up. A 2025 customer said loose bricks around the top of their chimney were repaired. A recent customer gave two stars, saying a salesman quoted $6,600 for a new liner, flashing repair, a new concrete cap and repointing, and that the men who did the work said they did maybe two lines of mortar while the customer was still asked to pay $1,200 for repointing. A recent reviewer said the two men who swept the chimney did a good job cleaning but quoted $700 to seal cracked firebricks; that customer bought new firebricks for $40 at a local fireplace store and put them in. A recent customer said fine soot residue was left on the living room floor and rug after an inspection and cleaning. A recent reviewer said they canceled a job after getting an estimate for half the price elsewhere, and that the company was fighting them about returning the deposit. A 2026 customer said a quote for two days of work ended with technicians on site for three hours total.
