Courteous and professional service. Timely and complete. Great cleaning and were ready for the winter! Highly recommend!
My chimney guy retired last year so I called A-1 based on the great reviews. The price was steep, but they assured me it was only for the first season and the price would be $99 for my annual clean thereafter. I also paid to have the guy install a chimney cap. Ten days after installing the chimney cap, wind blew it off. I called 5-6 times over the next couple of months to have it reinstalled, no one ever called me back. I brought it up again when I called to schedule my $99 annual clean. The girl on the phone said the price was $299, she wasn’t aware of any $99 annual clean and I’d have to pay $299 to schedule it. I also brought up the chimney cap and she said someone would call me and sort it all out. It’s been over a week and no one has called me. So I paid almost $600 for a ten day chimney cap and one clean - with no response after 6-7 calls. I would not recommend working with this company. And to the person who’s going to respond to this post with your contact info asking me to reach out so you can help with my experience - you had your shot. You actually had six shots.
Called for a chimney sweep. They showed up with a tiny vacuum cleaner, didn’t even put a flashlight in and didn’t go on roof at all.. he then put 3 tiny drops of paste on the inside and charged 500 cash. Been calling for two days and can’t get a person who can actually help. The standard answer is a manager will call you right now. They keep saying they will put notes on the account but when I call back the. Have no idea what is going on, clearly just brushing me off.. BBB will be contacted
