A 2026 customer who filled a first dumpster unexpectedly said they called Aaron's Roll Off Services on a Sunday afternoon, and the full dumpster was picked up and an empty one dropped off within an hour and a half. The company says on its website that it offers dumpster and roll-off container sizes from 10-yard to 30-yard, and it lists a service area that includes Amherst, Easthampton, Northampton, Holyoke, Chicopee, Westfield and Greenfield. A recent Google reviewer wrote that Aarons is "always on time with great communication." A 2025 customer said two 30-yard dumpsters were delivered on time, as scheduled, and that a live human always answered the phone. A 2019 customer said they showed up on time and were very responsive. A 2026 customer described poor customer service and a bad attitude, said they did not receive what was paid for or agreed upon, and said the company refused to accept a credit card.
