They are the worst trash service in Plymouth. Every week they leave the trash bins in the roads. For literally miles. In front of schools and all residential. They will NOT help you if you call, instead you will redirected until a random disconnect. People need to just call authorities on them if they see them dropping in the road , it’s so unsafe and careless.
I’ve never had a problem with ABC/Harvey. If there was a mix up they took care of it. The Ladies in the office have always gone the extra distance.
This company was a constant no show. Even after promising to come, they never did. But they had no problem charging my credit card on file. I have tried calling their office for over a week and no one answers the phone and no one returns calls! Would not recommend. If anyone knows what is going on with this company I would love to know.
Um, looking at these other reviews, are we talking about the same ABC Garbage Disposal? They always come when we ask them to, and have never overcharged us.
I have had good experience with this company... would recommend.
