Abiatar Construction was the best construction and renovation company we have ever hired. They were extremely professional, always on time and when a problem developed, they found amazing solutions that satisfied all of our criteria and concerns. This was a complex renovation in an old home and the results were stunning, way beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Joe, his son Fabio conduct all phases of a project in a very professional manner. They are highly skilled, with excellent craftsmanship, explained every tasks they completed, gave a fair price and were thorough with cleanup. They installed pavers, a cedar fence and new steps. I highly recommend them without any reservations and have already referred them to several people I know.

I hired Abiatar to finish our (unfinished) basement. Our basement is basically a 400 sq ft rectangle, and I knew that I wanted two rooms plus a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). I also wanted a spiral staircase, and I had a good idea of the style (wood treads + iron hardware). Abiatar came in and worked closely with me to design the space and guide decisions on the space, electrical, water, and heating. (Our basement had evolved into an electrical mess, and the water system was also messy.) Abiatar brought in extremely skilled electricians and plumbers to assist. In the early stage, I decided to replace our Frankenstein boiler and hot water heater with an efficient heating system (at their guidance). Another challenging design decision was the bathroom. I did not have much space to work with, and Abiatar helped me design the smallest possible bathroom (within code and usability). Then the work began. Abiatar's craftsmen constructed the frame, moved (and removed) wires, moved pipes, framed, constructed walls and ceiling, installed electricity, installed the new plumbing and heating system, installed the flooring. AND, the spiral staircase (which I ordered from Paragon) was installed exactly to my specifications. At this point, I want to stress that Abiatar went the extra mile to ensure that they created exactly the spiral staircase that I wanted. Another example of their professionalism was the bathroom. I chose a retro style with challenging tile. They painstakingly installed the tile and created the bathroom I had in mind. I cannot stress enough how Abiatar continually made the extra effort on every detail to ensure that I got the basement that I was envisioning. Highly recommended!

We Hired Abiatar Construction for a few projects. one was a border wall that was approx. 100 feet long and the other was replacing sliding, trim and paint. Both of the Job where completed in a timely fashion. Joe's staff was professional and helpful with helping with choices. Very Happy with both jobs!

I am an architect who has completed four projects with Joe and Fabio of Abiatar Hardscape; three at our office and one with a valued client, both in Cambridge. All have been successful, being completed on time, within a fair budget and to a high technical level and aesthetic quality.
