What a great experience I had today. We set up appointment last week for Absolute to look at our leaky boiler. I spoke to the owner on the phone who suggested that I soak the area with penetrating oil in the hopes that the bolts would be able to be removed and the leak repaired instead of replacing the boiler. It worked! Needless to say, I was thrilled. I also had an AC unit that wasn’t functioning and I asked if he’d take a look at it. Long story short, a few minutes later that was fixed, I was presented with a very reasonable bill which I gladly paid. What an awesome experience. Thank you!!

Absolute Mechanical Systems installed 2 Fujitsu mini split heat pumps for me about 8 years ago. Both units developed refrigerant leaks in the indoor units condensers. Both internal condensers were supposed to be covered by 10 years warranty....I was advised that is not worth to pay for the labor cost for replacement. Now I have, new Mini split systems installed to replace the failed Fujitsu ones. The HVAC contractor pointed that previous HVAC contractor did not use stainless steel brackets and metal screws to secure PVC line cover kits to the house on outside. Brackets and metal screws rusted but spread the rust to the cooper lines eating thru the insulation. Who puts metal screws in exterior wood siding? They also did drill thru the outer wall without installing plastic liner so if any leaks the water will behind the drywall. Not impressed and the fact that they covered everting up is even worst. Crappy installation job by Absolute Mechanical Systems.

Incompetent workers lead by an owner unable to take criticism. It must be exhausting to be so perfect, but if I owned an HVAC company and one of my customers called to report that my worker completely MISSED a propane leak and misdiagnosed it as “litter box odor”, I’d probably take that call a little more seriously as opposed to becoming argumentative, and then accusing said customer of non-payment when he never even received an invoice. You’ve been paid now Kevin, about $2,000 dollars. Thank you so much for your unwavering professionalism and commitment to the customer
