I called Jason Wetherbee LLC to come look at a leaky faucet in a tub/shower. It was not an emergency, but Jason himself came to check it out the next day. It was far from a quick fix, but he showed me the issues and risks involved with trying to fix it because of the design of the valve and because of his knowledge and experience (and he said a little luck), he was able to fix it on the 2nd try. He kept me fully informed the whole way and also showed me where the shutoff valve is for the house. His rates were very reasonable and I will keep definately call him first to check out any other issues I have. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as ability to communicate with me. I say it was excellent customer service.

I'm a new homeowner and Jason installed the boiler heating system for the prior owners, which is why I initially reached out to him. He and his team have been my go to and they have been super wonderful. Most recently my husband discovered a leak in our kitchen which was creating a mud puddle in our crawlspace. I called first thing the next morning and it was fixed within a few hours by Matt and Travis, who are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and know others who have used his services who would do the same.

We had a septic system emergency on a Sunday afternoon, and Jason came out within a half hour of calling his emergency number. Every indication pointed to a mechanical failure, yet he took the time to research things further before we spent a couple of grand on a new pump. His guys came out within a day, troubleshot, and found a hidden short in the wire loom. Jason not only saved us about three thousand dollars from not having to buy a new pump, but he and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Jason and his team for plumbing services

They arrived on time to the minute and performed warrenty replacement of my faulty Rinnai boiler. They did an amazing job, must quicker turn around than I had expected! I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak from a new dryer. We had a different plumber come out who put pipe dope on the coupling, and called it good without doing any sniffer testing or anything. The leak was still leaking, under the floor where a mouse had chewed through flexible piping. Jason's crew came out and in a few hours they'd fixed the problem. I will be using them again!
