I made the terrible mistake of using Accurate Heating & Cooling/Ed La Bella for the install of a Heat Pump and Air Handler at my house. Approximately a year after the units were installed, the Air Handler started leaking and the Heat Pump began to make a lot of noise. I called Ed multiple times and left voicemail messages informing him of the problems and requesting a callback to schedule a time for him to take a second look at the equipment. He never called me back. I eventually called him from another phone number and he answered the call. He very clearly ignored all of my previous calls and messages. He finally agreed to come to my house, which he did, and claimed to have fix the problems. When he left I was still having the same issues. I've called him multiple times since and left messages and he hasn't returned my calls. Ed did a poor job installing these two pieces of equipment and he refuses to make the necessary corrections. This has been a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company for your HVAC installation and repairs. You're better off working with a larger more reputable company that may charge a little more but performs quality work.

Among 3 companies who quoted the AC installation, Ed was the most professional by far. He knew exactly what to do and the best options to offer, and had the most competitive offer. Not without mentioning that Ed is fun and pleasant to chat with. HIGHLY recommended
