Over the course of a year, my new A/C system just kept breaking down. The original installer and multiple technicians tried, but failed, to maintain consistent operation of the system. On a very hot summer day, the system shut down once again. That's when I called Daniel, who made an emergency visit that evening. He determined that there were likely serious problems that would take time to resolve; still, that night, he was able to get the A/C working -- and continue working -- while we addressed those issues over the next few weeks. Throughout the entire process, Daniel was professional, reliable, responsive, and candid. We now have an A/C system that we can rely upon.

They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous from start to finish. They took the time to carefully inspect and service the system, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was operating properly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. It’s not always easy to find a heating and cooling company that is reliable, professional, and truly takes pride in their work, but EXTRAVE H&C exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely recommend Daniel to anyone with a plumbing or HVAC issue! On Friday my hot water valve got jammed and wouldn't open. I called 3 places and Daniel was the only one to responded immediately. He noted my hot water heater should be replaced (as it was 20 years old) but gave transparent pricing for each piece of the job and did not pressure me into more than what was needed for repair / replacement. He got the new water heater Monday and made the repairs (while also fixing things that were just not done right the first time.). He was professional and knowledgeable during both visits and I will 100% come back if I ever have projects in the future. Thanks again!

We had a tricky issue that took some troubleshooting, and I really appreciated that Daniel kept coming back and working through it until everything was actually functioning properly.
