I can't say enough on their crew. They took down 5 trees and one had to come over the house. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Cleaned up after them self. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend.
Apparently your drivers feel they own the road and can merge into highway traffic without their blinker or any indication. License plate ATS-38 thought he was so cool for driving dangerously, he even mocked me after hitting my side view mirror. Real classy sir!

Accurate came out the day after I called and gave me the quote that night. The best quote by far! I signed my contracts for tree removal and stump grinding on Sep 30th. Everything slooooowed down after that. Exactly 10 business days later I got a call my appt would be sometime in Dec. ( Contract does say it will take up to 10 days to be scheduled )The next day I got a call telling me Dec 9th was the day. In the middle of Nov I got another call this time moving tree day all the way back to Jan 21st. I called around for more quotes after that. Most companies could do it quicker but again Accurate was the cheapest. On Friday Jan 16th I called twice to confirm they were still coming out. (I had not heard from them since Nov).There was no answer and I left voicemails. No one replied until Mon afternoon when I was reminded that the dates are tentative( again contact does say that).. but I was still scheduled and someone would call with a start time the next day. They did start that Wednesday and my family and I were in awe watching them work. I was not contacted to schedule the stump grinding by the end of March so I just cancelled that.. I would hire them again but I would not expect quick service or quality communication
